【Introduction】
Upon entering the hotel room, you will find yourself in a space that defies the typical dull white walls and outdated furnishings, showcasing a revolutionary blend of style and practicality. After 180 days and a significant financial investment, we have completely transformed the guest rooms. Every aspect, from design ideas to material quality, has been meticulously considered. Below, we provide a striking comparison of the room before and after the renovation.

1. Spatial Redesign: Breaking Free and Enhancing Airflow
Before the renovation: Traditional guest room layouts were inflexible, with a 3.6-meter entrance blocked by bulky wardrobes and outdated TV stands, leaving the aisle barely wide enough for one person to pass sideways. The bathroom was enclosed, trapping damp odors, and the mirror was stained from prolonged exposure to moisture.
After the renovation: We introduced a "modular functional zoning" concept, embedding the wardrobe into the wall to reclaim 0.3 meters of space. A custom floating TV cabinet now extends into a 2-meter-long office table, catering to the temporary work needs of business travelers. The bathroom features a three-zone design (toilet, shower, and washing areas) that effectively separates wet and dry spaces. The walls are coated with moisture-resistant shell linen paint, which is easy to clean and has a unique texture. An anti-fog smart mirror ensures that morning routines are no longer hindered by steam.
2. Visual Transformation: From Uniformity to Thematic Storytelling
Before the renovation: The walls were uniformly white, and the curtains, made from synthetic fibers, offered poor light-blocking and were prone to pilling. The lighting was basic, resulting in a harsh and unwelcoming atmosphere at night.
After the renovation: We customized three theme colors based on the room's orientation and view:
City View Room: With the theme of "Golden Years", the wall is painted with dark gray art paint, matched with brass metal lines, and a 2-meter-wide bay window seat is added in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, equipped with an adjustable reading light, where you can have a drink and stargaze when night falls.
Garden View Room: Inspired by "The Wizard of Oz," the walls are made from eco-friendly small fiber material that mimics natural wood grain, complemented by moss micro-landscapes and bamboo chandeliers to create a forest-like ambiance.
Parent-child room: The "Interstellar Exploration" theme includes hand-painted starry sky walls and a bed designed like a spaceship, along with a dedicated children's washbasin and picture book storage to cater to family guests.
3. Smart Upgrade: Empowering Technology for a Seamless Experience
Before the upgrade: The guest room amenities were outdated, with air conditioning noise reaching 45 decibels, unstable network signals, and bedside controls requiring manual operation.
After the upgrade:
Smart Control System: Lights, air conditioning, and curtains can be controlled via voice commands or a mobile app, with options for preset scenes like "sleep mode" and "movie mode." The curtain motor operates at a noise level below 25 decibels.
Health Features: An air purification system monitors PM2.5 and formaldehyde levels in real-time; the mattress features an independent pocket spring and latex layer design, with adjustable firmness through the app to accommodate various sleeping positions.
Entertainment Enhancements: A 55-inch smart TV supports 4K projection, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and business rooms include wireless charging stations and printers for a "zero-contact office" experience.
IV. Material Innovation: A Dual Breakthrough in Sustainability and Quality
Before the upgrade: The floors were covered with standard chemical fiber carpets that easily collected dirt, and the furniture was made from density board, which emitted excessive formaldehyde.
After the upgrade:
Flooring: Antibacterial and anti-slip stone crystal boards were chosen, offering superior waterproofing compared to traditional tiles, with customizable surface textures that balance aesthetics and durability.
Furniture: The main structure is crafted from North American FAS-grade oak, featuring silent damping drawer rails and hinges, along with cabinet doors equipped with invisible bumpers to protect children from injury.
Soft furnishings: The curtains are made from a three-layer composite blackout fabric (blackout cloth + sheer curtain + decorative fabric), achieving a 99% blackout rate; bedding has been upgraded to 60-count pure cotton satin with a goose down quilt core, providing a cloud-like softness.
This innovation not only redefines physical spaces but also utilizes them to foster a spiritual connection between individuals and their surroundings, bridging the present and the future, allowing every stay to reflect a quality lifestyle and every moment to be enveloped in a newly defined elegance.
